Get ready for an even broader portfolio of consulting, training and membership services designed to meet your individual organization's needs. EA has signed a statement of intent to merge with AAIM Management Association, the premier employers' resource group in St. Louis, serving approximately 1,000 member organizations in the metro area. When the merger is complete, the new organization-AAIMEA (pronounced "aim EA")-will be one of the largest employers' associations in the United States, bringing nearly 200 years of combined experience to more than 1,600 members in two states. That means more services, more expertise and more flexible solutions for you, including:
• A comprehensive member Resource Center that answers your questions quickly, accurately and on your schedule
• A broad range of Seminars & Events where you can listen to, learn from and interact with your peers and known HR experts
• Innovative in-person and electronic Workplace Learning offerings that improve employee productivity, performance and engagement
• Expanded Cultural & Operational Excellence programs covering strategic planning, succession planning, talent management, total rewards, coaching, team building and more
• Additional HR Solutions and consulting services that provide the expertise and support you need when you need it
• Local, regional, national and customized Organizational Surveys to help you gauge, then improve, your position in the marketplace
• New Supplier Partnerships in the areas of health insurance and management, workers' compensation, outplacement, payroll, unemployment consulting and more
What's not changing? The quality service you've come to expect, the responsive staff you know and trust, and our commitment to delivering a return on people that far exceeds your annual membership fee. We appreciate your loyalty to EA-and we look forward to serving you even better as AAIMEA. We'll be in touch with more details in the coming weeks as the merger discussions progress. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact me or your member representative.
Sincerely,

Mary Pille, CAE, SPHR
President & CEO
